Hi,

Drupal is a fabulous CMS and literally, it can replace many existing and famous solutions.
My current objective is to build a membership website solution in drupal. And honestly, I need most of the features of Amember Pro membership script. I believe its possible in drupal. We just need a perfect combination of modules, their configuration and some tweaks. I have an idea about 50% of the work but right now I am unable to start.

Here is what is required in the beginning.

1-User visits the site and goes to the registration area
2-User could select the membership type (or we can say "roles" in drupal).
3-Each membership type (or role) has a predefined price which user has to pay to get successfully registered.
4-Membership should support recurring billing.

I understand that the experts at drupal can't have enough time to write an essay for me. But pointing out the module names or basic hints would also be fabulous.

The e-commerce module provides something that can do this. I have never used it:, though
