In my opinion having a forward function is a pretty good idea. I think it's a common feature of all the "better" mail systems :) What do you think?

So perhaps the way this would work is like this:

1) private message has link to foward
2) click forward brings up privatemsg compose page with the text of the
message being a copy of the forwarded message
3) subject of new message could have 'Fwd: ' appended to it
4) body of message could have some forward text above it
such as:

(username) forwarded you this message:

No new features are added to old branches so I'm setting this to won't fix. There is a privatemsg_forward module available for Privatemsg-6.x-2.x-dev which provides that feature.
