A corrected README file is attached. It assumes the captcha admin URL given is the correct one for the 4.7 version, though.

Maybe I don't understand what you mean, but:
* the URL in the readme is not wrong: it says admin/user/captcha which is right
* version 5.x-3.x of captcha is also not meant for Drupal 4.7 installs, so the readme should not mention anything about that.
