Incorporated a couple of 'arguments'-related patches.

This allows you to install the module correctly, in mysql. It also interacts with the cache better, so that it doesn't have the old bug behavior where it would show you the nodes the first time but not the second.

I fixed a bug where, in postgres, the table would get dropped twice in the uninstaller.

Added the uninstaller for views_union

Added the breaks to the switch statement, so that it now no longer does both the mysql and postgresql installers.

One query didn't deal with database prefixes correctly. Now it does.

I just put my name in the modules I wrote.

Committed the views_union module, which allows you to create views which are the union of a number of sub-views.
