Can I search existing content

I have a site that was left unattended and I'd like to weed out the incredible volume of spam that it has grown in my absence. It looks like this module will be great going forward, but how do I get it to scan content that has already been posted? There is a lot of it, and I'd like to be able to do some batch removing of it.
