Tweak visual styling toolbar

I have made a number of tweaks to the toolbar. This should bring some more visual balance to this element on the bar.

• Gradient, this makes the element less "hard" with that it being easier on the eye.
• All links vertically center aligned, this creates less "jumping" around of visual items.
• Slightly reduced size of the logo, for it to better match the size of the bar.
• A small dropshadow on the text, this allows them to look "floating" on top of the bar again with that being easier on the eye
