When I create a subdirectory using IMCE Mkdir and then click on the new folder in IMCE, the Directory button is hidden in the IMCE toolbar. However, I have "Create directories" (and "Delete directories") set in my profile along with the "Include subdirectories".

Does IMCE Mkdir not support nested subdirectories?

Nevermind, I had missed the "MAXIMUM NUMBER OF SUBDIRECTORIES" option added to the IMCE form. It was set to 2. Changing to zero fixed the issue.
