- Rules support for mapping.
- Improved module-provided mapping - allow mappings to be set globally and per-node.
- Deprecated and removed built-in criteria set mapping (in favor of Rules).
- Remove single-field CCK content_profile mapping and replace with field grouping.
- Remove usage of variables for global defaults.
- Rewrite certificate's built-in mappings to use own hooks.
- Allow administrators with 'view all user certificates' to view user certificates.

NOTE: there is no upgrade path (yet) for content_profile mappings from 6.x-1.x. There will be no upgrade path for criteria sets.
