In general your site looks good, but I'm the vertical borders around the content area confuses me. In my opinion you should either drop borders completely or add all 4 borders to this area.
A bit of margin between the menu blocks and the border of the main area would also add to a more pleasant look.
A few positive things: I think the 4 main colors match nicely, although I'm not fond of the pale orange. Also I'm not able to tell if you have used another drupal theme as starting point, and this is always a good indication of how much work that has been put into the theming.
