embedmedia field flexibilty within a node body and excerpt

I think it would be nice if the the module offers possibility to determine how many image embed should appear/inserted to a node's excerpt, where and in what order and on the main body of a node text

such as 'front page' or on a view

excerpt start --------------------------------------

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet

_{consectetuer adipiscing elit. Integer sollicitudin, ante ut porttitor molestie, purus nisi auctor lorem, ac blandit tortor arcu in velit. Duis faucibus.}
#1 embedded field [image or video]

excerpt end --------------------------------------

and the rest of the images or videos on the full node page in user determined order between the node body text, such as;

body start --------------------------------------

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet

currently what is on the image or video fields all next to each other or both excerpt and body which does not offer a flexiblity of placement to where within a node and what order

could it be possible emfield integration to/of working with excerpt.module
