User permission settings, redirection and other features added to Social Login Drupal module

Please see the list below for all the features:

1. Admin user permissions added for who can register accounts?

- Administrators only
- All Visitors
- Visitors, but administrator approval is required

2. Require e-mail verification when a visitor creates an account
3. Email confirmation if user already exist
4. Display user profile image/avatar
5. Position of the social login interface - select top or bottom of the Drupal login panel
6. Account linking for existing user
7. User block or not
8. Option added for redirection after successful login
