CCK/Node Integration?

The CCK/Node form integration was removed in the 7.x branch because it never worked properly. A separate sandbox that has started porting the Field UI to Form Builder has been started over here: http://drupal.org/sandbox/swentel/1323872

It's coming along but not ready for production. I'm sure @swentel would love the additional feedback.

@quicksketch or anyone else, do you know what that sandbox project was? The link is broken, maybe it was promoted to a full project? If so anybody know which one?

Hm, not sure. It's not in swentel's projects any more. I think he abandoned it, but it's a bit unfortunate if he deleted it entirely.

Do you remember if it was using Form Builder to work with the "Manage Fields" screen? Or was it a independent approach?

Well its intention was to replace the Manage Fields screen, but because it wasn't stable, swentel had put it on a separate tab called "Managed Fields (FB)" or something like that, so you could use either interface. But the idea was to ultimately replace Field UI module, yes.

Form Builder rocks! I would love to use it as a replacement to manage fields and on all nodes and content types.
