This could also be filed in the Custom Breadcrumb queue, wherever people see this fit. But custom breadcrumbs is creating a rather useless vertical tab option, that probably won't be touched by people and is breaking http://drupal.org/node/1087100 patterns we have for it.

You're right since we're only using that module for blogs, blog posts and pages (see the screenshot).

Anyway, that issue should go to the Custom Breadcrumb issue queue.
