Utility module warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach()

I just got this warning on a brand new 5.2 sandbox site while enabling Pathauto and Token at the same time:
warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /Websites/drupal5/sites/all/modules/util/utilities/system_modules/system_modules.inc on line 48.

I don't really know what it means, cause I've never seen this error from the Util module on any other site.
