With User location enabled, I cannot modify or save the COnfiguration -> User Account / Registration. I cannot make any modifications to this form / configuration setting at all - whether it is related to User locations or not. I have disabled everything involving rules, have checked the mysql database directly, have disabled and uninstalled the module and re-installed, but nothing works. I have the same problem with version 7.x-dev

I have done extensive testing enabling, disabling, removing, etc various i18n (using current 7.1.7), variable (using current 2.1) and rules modules and submodules, and it is only variable translation that is preventing modification, update, saving of the user account configuration data when the user location (both 7.3-dev and 7.1-beta1 of user location) is enabled. Don't know why, have posted this in i18n module issue queue also.
