I've been happily running 5.1 on several sites for some time now. Today I uploaded the feedback module to one of my sites. When the upload was finished and I refreshed the module directory... feedback was the only module there!! The site had been running fine up to this point, so I can only imagine something horrible happened during the upload. Obviously without all the modules the site is broken.
How do I fix this? I've disconnected and reconnected, used a diffrerent program to browse the ftp, the modules are really and truly gone. Do I just reupload them and run update.php? The site has only been live for a couple weeks, I don't have a backup. Sigh.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
I'd first start to remove that module. See if that works.
Then check logs.
Otherwise, reinstall drupal. It sounds like a lot of work, but is actually not:
- unpack fresh drupal
- configure right db
- put back the theme that you created
- put back other images/movies that you created.
I've done that a few times, although it's scary, it does work quite fast.
