See the Airplane Reservation project page to download and install this module. Please report problems on the Issue queue rather than as comments on this page, since that makes the handbook quite messy and hard to read. Comments that help clarify the handbook or point out ways that it could be improved are perfectly OK.

This module provides the possibility to manage the reservation of planes of a flight club. All members of the club may reserve a plane to a given time.

Setup

After the setup there is one plane generated. More have to be added directly in the db, as the configuration screen is not working currently, but there is an issue filed for this matter.

The block is not active yet, it doesn't show anything of value. Planned are the reservations of today.

Usage

After Installation the system can be accessed under "www.example.com/resi". A calendar view should show up, with the possibility to add reservations using the [+] button on each day or using the "add reservation"-link on top.
Users with the according rights set in the user administration are able to change and delete all reservations.

To Do's

Please see the task list for the current to do's. I am very happy for any help as I have not much time to work on the module!

In the long term the following features are planned:

  • regulations on how many planes and how long planes are allowed to be reserved
  • statistics
  • a waiting queue
