mkesicki commentedCKFinder from version 2.2 has built in lightbox plugin. When you view images in CKFinder there will be shown with lightbox.
If you wish to use lightbox in drupal's content types like page, story , you should use any drupal module which use lightbox.
I think that user should choose which lightbox plugin use and add it manually.

mkesicki commentedI added possibly solution to #1691886: Automatically enable Lightbox2 for images added with CKEditor and CKFinder ?. Please check it.

rnexussix commentedThank you ! I tried and it partially works. To make it perfect we need to auto-populate the Link URL.
