Non-random (most recent?) quote?

Missing feature that would be useful to me and others (most likely):

Instead of random quotes, show the most recently added quote.
This would allow 'quote of the day/week' for instance if combined with a scheduler module to publish.

I'd like to use the quote module to manage a 'This issue's quote' for a weekly release newletter,
and right now, it easily can't do that. (I suspect a custom written php block could do it doing an sql query)

In fact, due to the _always_ random quote, caching of pages is less likely too, so this might be useful to many others, who desire a less 'random' quote.
