Hi, from a few days ago I started to have problems with cron, on each cron run I got this messages,
cron 23/08/2007 - 15:30 Attempting to re-run cron while it is already running. Anonymous

What can be problem?
I started to reindex search (but I set 10 (minimum) results for each cron)
my cron run once for each 30 or 60 minutes.
How can I found what is the problem for cron?
I disabled statistics (I used node read count only) and subscriptions, but it doesn't help.
Thanks

Cron run failed
I have been facing this problem ever since I attempted to configure poormanscron. Followed all the other instructions to rectify the situation. Finally I decided to update the drupal itself. It worked but the cron didn;t.
Now I am unable to access any admin task.
I had the same (or a very similar) problem
Take a look at #361171: Cron stop at certain php content when re-indexing for search module
I've posted my quick-fix solution, and we should be able to make a proper patch for it, after some discussion on the best way to do it.
