The nodeblock_block_info doesn't take into account node access permissions. nodeblock_block_view does however.

We have a domain access setup with a number of subdomains so this will lead to a large amount of node blocks on each domain. Would it be an option to filter the list of nodeblocks by node access? Or to create a setting to make this option available?
