Could we make a release of Captcha 5.x-3.x-dev to 5.x-3.0-rc2? There have been a number of things that have been fixed since RC2, and a number of API changes that should get pushed out the door. We could still work on the issue queue through this too....

RC2 is fine for me.
For a final release it is a bit too early IMHO, there are still some interesting issues in the tracker that I like to be solved before final.

Maybe there is still one critical/important thing: captcha should be spelled "CAPTCHA" and not "captcha".

Please, can we make the RC2 release either today or tomorrow? I've received numerous emails asking why it isn't working and I'm kind of getting tired of continually referring them to the dev release of Captcha....

Captcha/captcha/CAPTCHA is a minor change, and can wait after the RC2 release. We need to get this newly fixed API out fast so that people stop turning Captcha down because they're using RC1 and it's not working for them. Let's make this release either today or tomorrow and then work out the rest of the remaining issues after that.
