I'm having difficulty exporting default Panelizer layouts through Features when using Panelizer 7.x-3.x-dev (on Panopoly). When I go to create a new feature or upgrade an existing one and scroll to the Panelizer section, no components show up, even though I have created default layouts that appear when using drush fc and on 7.x-2.x (both dev and supported).

Any ideas on things to look for?

This was an issue with the features enabled on the site; another feature had some Panelizer settings strong-armed, and this was preventing Features from showing any further Panelizer components as available for export by other Features.
