Howdy,
We have a field collection placed on a content type.
In the [Manage Fields] interface the field collection is placed along with other cck fields, set as "embedded", a value given for 'Label', and saved.
U1 sees the Label in the resulting node edit form.
No other users can see the label.
Where do we start to trace down the conflict?
