I can see the buttons to adjust the direction of the text (RTL or LTR) in demo of ckeditor, but when I installed it with me drupal site, the above mentioned buttons are missing. Any solution?

This was fixed in #1112212: CKEditor Language Direction, but the commit has not yet made it to an official release.
Try Wysiwyg 7.x-2.x-dev until the next release.
