When the workflow state of a node containing an embedded video field with a custom thumbnail is changed using the workflow tab form, the custom thumbnail is lost. This is happening with both youtube and vimeo thumbnails. The custom thumbnails are not lost if you change the workflow state using the full node edit form.

I'm guessing that, because the embedded video field is not present in the workflow tab form, the embedded thumbnail data is not present when the emthumb_emfield_field_extra hook is called and the custom thumbnail is cleared. Because the issue only arises on the workflow tab and not the regular node edit form, this may be better categorized as a feature request rather than a bug report. Please update the category accordingly. If this is not something that will be fixed in the emthumb module, is there a potential solution that could be developed in a custom module? Any information or nudge in the right direction would be much appreciated.
