I have users with 'access administration pages' permission, but I do not want to can edit the settings for this module.

I have this problem with version 7.x-1.0

It looks like this patch was applied to this version, but the only permission that can be set is 'bypass edit limits'.
There needs to be an 'administer edit limit' permission that can be configured to not allow certain roles access to administer the module's settings.
