allow users to choose their reason for donation

We're using the lm_paypal_donation.module here to process payments for arbitrary bills issued to customer through a seperate accounting platform. This required a bit of patching, but I think it could be useful to everyone. The idea is simple: we let the user edit the item_name field so that they can choose the "reason" for their payment.
