Entity registration support using a field collection to gather information from registrants during the registration process. I would like to open discussion about whether we should supply some defaults for this. While I know we will not be able to provide an info set that would cover all conferences, we do supply some default info in the case of tracks, where a site admin can go and change/remove that information. I would find this useful as a novice to COD as the setup of a registration and adding in a field collection was not easy the first time through, it may save some time and frustration to those new to COD.
The information we gather with a registration for DrupalCons is:
T-Shirt Size (select list of sizes)
Services Needed (select list : listening device, interpreter)
Meal Preference (select list with meal options)

primerg commentedThis may not be a use case for everybody but regarding the t-shirt sizes, I would like to see an inventory connected to it. One example that I usually face when organizing drupal camps is that the tshirt sizes are limited and there is no easy way to automate the "no stock" error. That feature would be very beneficial.
