Uninstalling FAQ module leaves 'faq' content type. It should be deleted if there aren't any nodes of that type. It did, however, remove the type from the Content Types page and the "locked" value was 1 in node_type.

Confirmed this bug.

Temporary solution: go to admin > structure > menus and reset the FAQ link.

It also kept many tables in database after uninstalling!
