Strange one, this...

I go to redhen/contact/add/staff , fill in the form.

The first time I press save, there is a ~5 sec pause, then the form reloads with the values entered, no message.

If I click save again, the contact saves straight away.

Same for organisations.

Chrome / OSX

Creating an event node works as expected.

I believe that this was actually an ajax error specific to the AT Commerce theme. Try using our new RedHen theme: http://drupal.org/project/poultry or ay other theme of your choice.
