[title-raw] is not being replaced with title

The website I work on just had its Drupal 6.x core upgraded along with Token. Now I have a link CCK field which is supposed to have a static title of [title-raw]. When I look at a page, [title-raw] is printed as is. I've tried deleting the CCK field and then re-adding it but it continues to happen. Help?
