Right now, BoFs don't live anywhere in the menu, even after cod_bof has been enabled. Let's get BoFs listed in the menu!

We should roll this patch in with #1705958: program/bofs results in a WSOD to avoid conflicts and re-work on cod_bofs.

Since that one was closed, how about we get this in #1699272: cod_bof view should work with single column sessions schedule and tabs instead
