Hello first excuse me for my english i speak french.

I use video with thumbnails upload manually image.
But after some time, all my thumbnails disappear.

i have drupal 7 and this

Bug #1555034 was fixed in 7.x-2.7. I suggest you update to that version. I am interested to hear if it solves your problem.
