none consistant block listing

Why is it that when I have created a view (block) the block is sometimes named in structure / blocks / :
"[Name]" and sometimes "View: [Name]".
The way I create the views is allways the same (at least I think I do...), I can't figure out what causes this. I like my 'stuff' to be consistent so if anyone has a clue please tell me
