I am requesting a view filter handler. One that will not display the row unless the view has results.

An easy extension of this is a negate effect.

Viewfield: Empty



[Dropdown to select viewfield]

Hide row if the viewfield is empty
(x) Yes

[ ] Negate
if negated, hide the row if the viewfield has results

Notes:

  • We have a dropdown because there might be multiple viewfield for a given view.
  • I don't think there should be a '() No' along with the '() Yes' because it is useless (and confusing).

I think alot of people have been requesting this, but didn't know exactly what to request for. If you do a search in the module issue queue for 'empty' or 'no results' you get a total of 5-10 results. I read through the ones that I thought might be relate to this issue. None of them have requested it. You probably could rename 1 or 2 of the threads, however I do not think this is the best solution.

I think any issue that this request solves should be marked as duplicated and reference this issue.

I got the module wrong. Too many module named the same (or almost the same) thing. Need to double check again if this is a duplicate or not
