Is it possible to remove the MyWeather from user account profile if the user weather block is not used? I prefer to use the other weather block.

I hope so, but I currently have no idea how to do this cleanly. I need to dig in the Drupal API for this.

I found out that the menu item "My weather" disappears if the current user's role does not allow to 'administer custom weather block' in the access control settings. Could you try to unset that access control setting for your users and see if the menu item still persists?
