That is indeed strange.

I have the same version installed on two different Drupal installations, and it behaves differently on each.

The demo link indeed ignores the last symbol entered for some reason. On the other machine, it works fine!

I will have to look at this in more detail later.

This was a bug.

Fixed in CVS HEAD.
