I'm rummaging around trying to create a field which could be used to designate neighbourhoods (ie at a level below a city). There's a field called dependent_locality which appears to be correct in principle but I can't find anywhere that it's used. Any suggestions please?

Some fields aren't used. In the Brazilian specific configuration I implemented a neighborhood field using dependent_locality. I think this is the main purpose for this field.

You guys are correct. The dependent_locality is virtually unused, but if you need addresses to include a subdivision of a city (like a borough / neighborhood as described above), then it's totally consistent with xNAL to add a plugin to use it.
