FYI... Just created a fresh Drupal 7.15 site and noticed this error when visiting /user to login for the first time.

Warning: array_merge(): Argument #1 is not an array in _modernizr_load_generate() (line 258 of /home/quickstart/websites/updater.dev/profiles/cmf/modules/contrib/modernizr/modernizr.module).

After logging in the message goes away. I can't seem to get it to come back.
