T&C Causes Errors on User Account Edit

T&C module seems to work great for registration purposes, but there appears to be a bug when a user updates their profile. For example, if I register and agree to the T&C presented and decide I want to change my password I have a problem. Even though I agreed to the T&C previously I'll get an error saying that I must agree to them again when I try to change the password. Furthermore, there is no checkbox or anything displayed on the page so that the user can proceed.

I'd say this is a critical bug as the module is unusable until it is fixed.
