Error in Image Mod

When I try to upload an image i get this error.
The selected file /var/www/vhosts/swimmingpoolknowledge.com/httpdocs/files/tmp/tmp_uIcByd could not be copied.
You must upload an image.
all my folders are set to 777. so i don't understand. also when i look in my files/tmp folder the tmp_ulcByd file is there.

I had the same problem.
There are two image modules, there is also one for CCK.
I disabled the CCK image module and now it's working fine.
