Notice: Undefined index: access in _menu_link_translate() (line 928 of /home/juritzen/drupal/includes/menu.inc). [#1710260]

I get this notice all over the place.
_menu_check_access() does not set the access-key - because the access callback is invalid.

Rolled this fix into #1410500-6: wrong permissions are used (in media?) sense it covers a wide range of media_browser_plus_access issues.
