  1. enable the title module and the title filter. this is a great way to link to content on the site.
  2. add a forum "drupal.org" for discussing site specific problems and suggestions. i would have posted this there ...

This seems like such a good idea that I don't see how anyone could possibly object. It would be a good place for the discussion of drupal.org usability that's been going on of late. I've therefore added a forum for "Drupal.org web site discussion".
