Empty activity_log_events and empty aids column in activity_log_messages

Getting the error, the issue as in the title

You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ')' at line 2 query: activity_log_record_unpack /* Admin User : activity_log_record_unpack */ SELECT * FROM activity_log_events WHERE aid IN () in _db_query()

The log is generated by digests and with custom rules, where Visibility is set to custom [user_loaded:uid], where user_loaded is author of a node reference node. Event generated is "After saving new content"
