OpenID module that allows users to configure per OP role settings

This module lets users choose default roles to be assigned to openid users on a per OP level. The role will be assigned to them when they login to the site for the first time. I've attached the module here because I'm wondering if this should belong in the openid module or if I should create a new module for it.
