Regions incorrect display in the theme

Incorrect display in the theme regions TB Sirate.

Right-region "Sidebar first" is displayed in the center of a region of "Mass bottom" instead of the right column.
Region "Panel first column 3" should appear on one line with the regions "Panel first column 1" and "Panel first column 2" but it appears beneath them.
Theme installed with the installation profile from the site http://www.themebrain.com/theme-detail/tb-sirate
The same problem occurs with the theme of TB Simply.
