No posts published, nothing Happen

Hi,
I might have missed something but all settings look ok.
I set up my content type to post on one of my facebook page.
I cannot see radio button to check on the post page, kind of "publish to facebook".
when the post is saved, it does not published on facebook.
There is absolutely no error message.
All ideas would be welcome..
