MySQL error when Organic Promote is enabled

When new users sign up for a group or when viewing Organic forums, I get a MySQL error with OG promote installed:

* user warning: You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '1 WHERE cid = 'menu:87'' at line 1 query: DELETE FROM 1 WHERE cid = 'menu:87' in /home4/mysite/public_html/includes/database.mysql.inc on line 172.
* user warning: Duplicate entry '87-3' for key 1 query: INSERT INTO users_roles (uid, rid) VALUES (87, 3) in /home4/mysite/public_html/includes/database.mysql.inc on line 172.

Any ideas? When I turn Organic promote off, the message goes away.
