This is more a support question than an infrastructure issue, but I figured this would be the best place to get some answers. I'm trying to setup a website for another open source project and I want to be able to setup different project types and categories in the same way that drupal.org is setup. I've not really had much experience with the project.module, but I assumed this would be fairly straight forward. Can anyone explain how the drupal.org has it configured? FWIW, I'll have similar types like main, addons, themes, translations and the categories will initially just be regarding different release versions, but will hopefully expand out soon to include different categories for addons.
